Political Narratives on the Russo-Ukrainian War in Polish Academic Journals and Journalism
This research project, commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education at the initiative of Undersecretary of State Prof. Andrzej Szeptycki, aimed to analyse a corpus of academic and journalistic articles authored by Polish researchers since 2014.
The objective was to identify narratives aligning with those propagated by Russia regarding the Russo-Ukrainian conflict.
The study employed both qualitative and quantitative methods, incorporating tools from the fields of text-as-data analysis and large language models. The project’s outcomes included a comprehensive report Political narratives in the spirit of Russian propaganda.
