REPOWER / edition 1
The first edition of the REPOWER project was aimed at Ukrainian women who want to find their place on the Polish labour market after emigrating. We have found future female leaders who want to get involved socially and change the reality around them.
During three intensive days in Warsaw, participants took part in workshops with former British Ambassador Charles Crawford on public speaking, negotiation and job interviews. In addition, the female leaders heard about the Polish labour market and learned how to write an excellent CV with Marta Łukaszewska. At the very end, they created their LinkedIn profile with Angelika Chimkowska and learned how to maintain it effectively.
The REPOWER. Leadership Programme is also an opportunity to network, meet other active women from Ukraine who are setting up their professional lives in Poland.
