The EU towards Russia and Ukraine. What does the Draghi report hide?
On 10 September, a report prepared by Mario Draghi, former head of the European Central Bank, was published, which analyses in detail the state and future of the European economy.
The document, commissioned by the European Commission, identifies the key challenges and priorities facing the community, including the issue of EU security and relations with Russia. The report also addresses the prospects for Ukraine's integration into EU structures. An important strand is the assessment of the EU's defence capabilities and the possibility of strengthening them.
